CNC cutting machine is now the main machine in the panel furniture production line. The accuracy of the equipment directly affects the quality of the product, so how to test whether the accuracy is up to the standard when the machine is accepted?
1. Measure whether the diagonals of the plates are the same, whether the opposite sides are the same size, and whether the hole edge distance is the same.
2. Both sides of the cabinet center plate are processed to check the positioning accuracy of the turning plate processing. Under normal circumstances, single-sided machining does not have too strict requirements for positioning accuracy. The main effect of positioning cylinders is the machining accuracy of the flap. Punch the perforations on a board, open double-sided grooves to see if there are any marks on the perforations, measure the margins of the two faces and the margins of the slots on both sides.
3. The processing precision of small plates, and small plates must be processed during processing. It can cut several small plates that will appear in production, such as 200mm*200mm. Check whether it can be sucked firmly, whether there will be a running board, and measure the processing accuracy.
